Wanted Articles

Some of you may want to write an article for us, but don't have a topic to write about. This section is here to offer some suggestions as to what what you can write about.

One of the easiest ways to contribute is to update/rewrite older articles from the attic. Our goal is to get all of the articles from 1999 containing technical information -- How-Tos, etc. -- updated, so if there's something that interests you, feel free to update it. If you do update an article, be sure that you let us know that when you send it to us :-)

If you don't want to rewrite or update one of the older articles, you can pick a topic from the list below:

The List
  • Backing up a Windows system with a tape drive located on a FreeBSD system. -- being written by Linh Pham <[email protected]>

  • Truly sandboxing named.

  • A comparison of IPFW and IPFilter.

If you have any questions, please contact us.
